As our system capabilities have expanded to capture claims data and adjudicate higher percentages of claims automatically, the opportunities to understand what the data is telling us have grown as well. System safeguards provide HIPAA compliance while allowing the data to be examined to identify opportunities to spot trends and implement services to reduce claims incidents and/or reduce the severity of a claim.

For those clients who remain with HealthFirst TPA through multiple years, their data begins to tell a year to year story. Programs to improve health and reduce claims costs grow in value the longer they are practiced; data analysis proves it.

The data storage, reporting, and analysis capabilities now available at HealthFirst TPA are yielding significant results for our clients.
